Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on okplayph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

okplayph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
okplayph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at okplayph's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your okplayph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. okplayph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. okplayph does not accept deposits from third parties — you may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on okplayph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). okplayph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
All bets placed on okplayph are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant parameters before confirming. okplayph will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or applicable game rules.
Bets will only be accepted if your okplayph wallet contains sufficient funds to cover the full stake amount at the time of placement. okplayph does not extend credit to members.
okplayph reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your okplayph wallet.
Winnings are credited to your okplayph wallet automatically upon confirmation of the relevant result. The amount credited will reflect the applicable odds at the time the bet was placed, multiplied by the stake, less any applicable deductions as specified in game-specific rules.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or technical malfunctions — okplayph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. okplayph's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
okplayph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the Promotion page of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
okplayph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
okplayph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplayph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

okplayph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. okplayph will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and will communicate with you via your registered email address.
You may close your okplayph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

Game results and bet outcomes as recorded by okplayph's systems are final and binding, except in cases of manifest error as described in Section 5.5. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on okplayph's servers, the server record shall prevail.
Any claim or dispute must be raised with okplayph within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
